An order being paid does not mean the seller payout has been approved. Reselix checks delivery before releasing earnings for a bank transfer.
If a dispute or delivery issue is open, payout approval stays on hold while the issue is reviewed. Keep your tracking and order messages up to date.

Do I need a paid membership to sell?
No. Seller registration and product listings do not require a monthly subscription. Reselix charges a 10% commission on the product amount when an item sells.
Is commission charged on shipping or tax?
No. Shipping charges and tax are excluded from the 10% platform commission calculation. The earnings calculator shows an illustration before any other applicable fees, refunds or adjustments.
When will I receive my payout?
Once delivery has been verified and any open issue resolved, an administrator can approve the earnings for a manual bank transfer. Transfers are handled in payout batches. Approval and bank processing mean that payouts are not instant.
What do I need to do after receiving an order?
Check the order in your seller dashboard, dispatch the item and add the shipping carrier and tracking number. Keep proof of postage and respond to messages about the order.
Can I approve my own order for payout?
No. You provide shipping and tracking information. The Reselix administrator verifies delivery and approves the order for payout.
What happens if a buyer reports a problem?
Contact Reselix through the contact page and include the order number. Payout approval is held while an open delivery issue or dispute is reviewed. An approved refund may change the final earnings amount.
